Returns & Terms of Service Policy
At Atelier Choulisse, all of our creations are handcrafted with love and attention to detail, following HACCP standards. Due to the delicate, perishable, and custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and collected or delivered.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All items sold by Atelier Choulisse are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including custom cakes, pastries, desserts, and gift boxes. Please ensure that all order details are confirmed and correct at the time of placing your order.
Damaged Orders
We take great care in ensuring all items are transported safely. Orders are delivered via refrigerated vehicles in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery by emailing info@atelierchoulisse.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will assess the situation and respond as quickly as possible.
Special Circumstances
Refunds or credits are only issued under very special and exceptional circumstances, and strictly upon management approval. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any refund request on a case-by-case basis.
